The Home & School Association (HSA):
*Establishes and maintains communication between the home and school
*Provides financial support to the school through fundraisers, donations and fees
*Coordinates with school and administration to facilitate volunteer opportunities
*Plans, coordinates and executes social activities and events in an effort to develop a strong sense of community, school pride and unified spirit
The HSA committee meets on a monthly basis throughout the school year. The goal of these discussions is to ensure a thorough and consistent dialogue between home and school. There will be 3 general sessions each school year with at least one parent from each family required to attend. These meetings will help inform and update families on school events and policy, developments in curriculum and/or in-school activities, parenting topics, HSA financial status, and volunteerism/fundraisers.
